Bullpen Sports Velocity Camp

Our highly successful Velocity Camp is back again for its 4th year. Bullpen Sports Velocity Camp is designed to target our 7 key components of player velocity development (strength, Plyometrics, arm path, core, arm health, flexibility, arm strength.) These components improve a players overall health, power, velocity, and ability to be more accurate. Velocity Camp is broken up into 3 phases. These phases build off of one another to allow for players to continue to develop and for new athletes to jump in at any time. Velocity Camp has had many success stories over the past 4 years, with average velocity increases of 5mph and some as high as 18mph. Each camp is 4 weeks (8 sessions long). Spots are only limited to the first 20 athletes. Below are links for each individual session. Players must be registered for each individual session they plan to attend.

Times: Sunday: 9:30am – 10:30am

Thursday: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Session 1: Nov 24th – Dec 29 (no camp on thanksgiving, or 26th make up days will be announced)
